To celebrate Earth Day, we wanted to share that our amazing team helped save 1,412,024 kilometres of unnecessary travel last year. At AnyVan we're on a mission to help reduce wasted journeys through advancing our technology, and are looking for like minded passionate people to join us.

Inspiring Inclusion - International Women's Day 2024 In my role as a people professional I love that I genuinely have the opportunity to support and champion inclusion across the organisations I join. Working in tech scale ups I often encounter gender imbalance when I first join, which is to be expected, given its an industry concern. However, what I also see is a genuine passion for increasing diversity and AnyVan has been truly exceptional in their commitment to driving inclusion at all levels of the organisation. I’m delighted to share that in the last year, we have seen a 50/50 gender split on all internal moves and our hiring ratio is 40% female. Our many allies are helping us across the business to be the change we want to see.
